“Recent wind storm brought a limb down on my hood with one large dent and several smaller ones. Having used Scott the Ding Dr before I knew who to call. Scott and Connor stopped gave me an estimate and Connor did the work the next day, looking at the repair at different angles and different light I could not tell where the damaged areas where. Courteous, friendly, professional and master's of their profession, they have my strongest recommendation!”

“I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle fixed on a number of occasions at North Coast Auto. Very professional service individuals who took care of what needed fixing. I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”

“I got a flat tire in Victor and chose this service center to have AAA tow my car to since I live nearby. Even though they were not expecting me, they were very helpful, and Bob even remembered me from a previous visit with a different vehicle. While working on my car, Bob communicated with me before doing anything and got my car back to me quicker than I had been prepared for. “Picked up a great car at a fair price in a long distance deal. Everything Marlon promised came true. He’s a delight to work with. Highly professional and that translates as enjoyable. Seamless. I traded in my cherished BMW and purchased an Audi. I consider it an upgrade, with all due respect to the BMW crowd. Of course, comparing old to nearly new would influence anyone’s opinion. “I brought my 2015 Subaru Outback in for 110k service. Some of it I had done before, so I chose what I felt the vehicle needed. Van Bortel was very accommodating and even found that my rear wheel bearings required replacement. It was a pricey servicing, but I want the car roadworthy and the new ones are beyond my price range. I normally drive my Subarus for 200,000 miles! The owner even gifted me a frozen turkey for Thanksgiving. Joey G. In the Service Department explained all to me and found an additional $50 off gift certificate!! It takes me 45 minutes to drive to Van Bortel, but it’s worth it!!”

“I was in Mendon working (I clean houses for a company), when I came out to my car my tire was flat due to a broken valve stem and I thought no big deal, I'll put my donut on and get to my mechanic. Nope, stripped lug nut. I showed up here and a younger man literally stopped what he was doing and popped that bad boy off, replaced the valve stem, and I was omw to the next clients house. Amazing customer service, would recommend 10/10.!!”
