“I got a flat tire in Victor and chose this service center to have AAA tow my car to since I live nearby. Even though they were not expecting me, they were very helpful, and Bob even remembered me from a previous visit with a different vehicle. While working on my car, Bob communicated with me before doing anything and got my car back to me quicker than I had been prepared for. They were very easy to work with, affordable, and capable, I will continue to go to Browncroft Service Center and will encourage my friends & family to go there as well.Service: Tires”

“2024Q1: My BMW racing buddy heard about Baris from a compatriot at our local BMW Club. He started getting his Bimmer tires here, and, based on his many good experiences with Baris Auto, he turned me on to this place. My daughter's fiancee had taken her car to his family's 20-year relationship mechanic, and, just by eye they said they would fail the car without new tires. They did the exact same thing to him with his NYSI the week before and he had to buy a set of new tires from them. As a result of this delay, my daughter's inspection expired, which would give a dishonest garage the exact kind of leverage they would use to manipulate a customer into buying services beyond what they need. I had my daughter (a young single female without automobile knowledge -- the kind dishonest mechanics prey upon) bring her car to Baris for NYSI. Baris carefully measured the remaining tire tread and, according to the specifications in the law, passed the car. This week I had an identical experience with Baris' NYSI measurement of my brake pads. Upon seeing how the honest, by-the-book, vehicle service & customer service experts at Baris handled matters, the fiancee switched to Baris. He got his father to switch too. Starting with the BMW CCA racers, that's at least four new families and ten new cars for Baris, just by word of mouth.”
“I had an electric issue with my Toyota Sienna and AAA recommended this repair shop. I took a chance and knowing the repair will be complicated and I need to go out of town in few days - I asked the mechanic to repair the vehicle by end of Thursday night. The mechanic stayed until 9pm that day and repaired my vehicle. “If you have or a close friend has a Costco membership this is a top tear place to go. Less expensive gas and the only cost is at some times having to wait a while in a line of some of the most greedy people ever that will most definitely honk at you if they think you could go faster. And once tour done you have to have it in your heart to not go in and buy $40 worth of goldfish that will last you the next 7 months.”

“Kwik Fill is a good gas ⛽Station to go to BUT I would NOT recommend to go to The Kwik Fill on Lyell Ave and North Plymouth Ave. Because there's ALWAYS PEOPLE ASKING FOR MONEY AND WHATEVER YU CAN GIVE THEM. IT'S A SHAME! CLEAN IT UP KWIK FILL!! We should be able to get gas and whatever else WITHOUT BEING HARASSED EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!”
“Conveniently located at the intersection of 441 and Fairport nine-mile point rd in the Penfield, NY Suburb of Rochester NY this particular marathon is cleanly and well staffed. The convenience store located inside this location is well-stocked and has a decent selection of snacks, goodies, and coffee. “Mike was so extremely helpful and pleasant when I was trying to get a gift card for Christmas. The machine wasn't working and he went above and beyond, contacting managers and even letting other employees know I was going to keep checking in. 2 days before Christmas someone got the machine working and I was happy. I haven't been able to get there during Mike's shifts but a huge thank you for all his help ?”

“It was busy when we stopped here. The traffic flow situation is a bit odd with limited space. You have to go around the pumps and a counterclockwise Manner and then get in line behind one of the pumps. Overall not a bad experience and price was right if you are a member.”

“Best sub in Rochester. Colon Kicker ... Reminds me of the Italian Beef sandwiches you can get in Chicago. Bread is seedless and has medium softness maybe slightly on the soft side. It's thick enough where it soaks up all the juice from the Italian beef while keeping it's structure. I've only tried their warm subs so far, but they have all been amazing!”

“Very nice 7-11 not a huge one, but good enough.. the service worker, Christal, was such a big help to me, I'm handicapped. Great service station. New slurpee machines. We,( my husband & I) had lunch here. Boneless chicken on a skewer. Korean BBQ and hot Hawaiian sweet. Slurpee free full up here. On July1-11 get reward points too. Car washes, air, vacuum, 4 types of gas, hand wash your car too!!!? Nice place..”
