“I was at this store in mid August. My very loved Sansung Galaxy Note Plus died while moving my son into his dorms. I arrived to this store in a panic because only half my screen would still work. Hannah J. basically saved my life. She calmed me down, got me a new Galaxy S24 Ultra using muscle memory because you literally couldn't see where the buttons were. She was able to transfer my phone to the new one by memorizing where the buttons should be. She set up my phone, put on a screen protector and case in short order! She was awesome and I couldn't be more grateful!”
“There was one employee who tried to scare us off by telling us it would be like an hour wait to be helped and then the phone set-up process would take four hours, but luckily we got a different employe who got us in and out of there in just one hour.”
