Pro tip: go to the site and make a reservation before you go to the store. It will cut way down on your wait. Grant was really helpful when we went in to cancel service and return hardware.

The wait is a bit long, but the customer service experiance was nice. Once i was called the gentelman behind the counter was very pleasent. He was very informative and got me on my way.

Kara is my go to representative when I need something or have a concern. I hate the call in and prefer to see a person. Kara has consistently provided me value and I seek/wait for her when I need to go to a Spectrum office. Great company representative. Thank you
