I have purchased radiator covers, new windows, had my screens repaired, also blinds and shades. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explains how thing work and details the cost of what you are purchasing. Orders are always ready on time and Joe calls to let you know it is ready for pickup. “Home Depot has always been a great store. It's hard to find people to help you sometimes but it's worth the wait. ? The more important the project is to you, the more patience you should practice!! There is awesome parking space. ? This place is wheelchair accessible or friendly. It has an Express card or debit line. It also has a self-service line.I also love this place because if you have to use the restroom during your most likely lengthy shopping experience here (unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly where it's at?) there is a bathroom for your emergency personal visit to the bathroom.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”

“Today I had the best experience at home Depot Elmont because of a young associate named Mark in the home appliance section. He asked me if I needed assistance and then took his time to answer all my questions. I asked for his name in the event he would get commission for a large purchase. I learned he gets no commission. He was being helpful because it is in his character to do so. Home Depot you have a gem.”

“Maggie and Sonia ( the designer and supervisor) helped my senior citizen mother renovate her kitchen. It was a lifelong dream of hers and they assisted her with great care, patience, and thorough explanations of the process. The quality of all materials, cabinets, countertops and backsplash, was exceptional. Installation was seamless. Contractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. “This Home Depot was very quite there wasn't a lot of things stocked there. The staff was very helpful to me because I had ordered glass sliding doors for my room . I like the app it's very helpful as if you are looking for something in one store if they don't have it there they will kick you over to the next store that has it for you. You can call in and an associate will help you. So I ordered the doors in the Bronx but I had to end up going to Queens to pick them up. The app helps on locations and the store addresses I'm loving the app it works and I'll be using it to shop everytime”

“I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”

“I went to this Home Depot this past weekend only to find it packed with customers. The staff were all extremely busy but Martin stopped and took the time to ask us how he could help even though I could tell he was in the middle of several different things. We ended up getting the grill we wanted pre-assembled and a Martin took the time to help us fit it into our car (not an easy task)!”

“This is my favorite store ,even though I love clothes shopping, home depot is my favorite store.I am a crafter so I visit a lot ,I also purchase my plants from here also ,I went there recently trying to find staples for my craftman stapler without any success,since Sears close down I'm not able to find staples which causes me to buy a new stapler this weekend .Anyone with Craftman staples in their position if you are not using them I would like to have them.”
