He was so helpful and knowledgeable. And he even mailed the attachment to me to save me the trip. You can't find service like that purchasing on Amazon or Best Buy.”

“I found this store to be a great store with a great general manager and mobile electronics installer/ technician.Let me tell you my experience. My company has several Mercedes sprinters. One of our sprinters back up camera broke. Since I was close to this store I decided to go here. Btw there are only 2 Best Buy's with a mobile install facility in the area (Valley Stream or Westbury). I ended up visiting both. What happened is I made an initial appointment in valley stream. The days of my appointment somebody called very early in the morning left a message to reschedule me because the auto tech who was to fix my rear reverse camera was out for a personal emergency with his mother. I returned the call and ended up speaking with Mike the GM of the store, Mike was very apologetic and extremely accommodating on the phone. He also assessed my issues and requirements with the van over the phone and was able to offer options/suggestions as to what I can do. Btw Im in the very high end building automation business so I know a lot about electronics. I found Mike to be very straight forward and realistic in his suggestions. I did not get this feeling that he was up selling or bullshitting me. He seemed knowledgeable on the subject as far as what he was saying and I felt very comfortable with that.Finally Mike, Maurice (Autotech), and me met discussed the problem and all the possible alternatives. We ordered all the parts that were not in stock and scheduled the appointment. Mike made sure that the parts were being expedited so that we keep the appointment date.The install date came and everything was done and approached very professionally and Maurice was very organized and clean with how he works.It was finished in a very timely manner and everything was explained to me. Though a lot of it I could have figured out myself. But Maurice took the time. Overall I highly recommend the Best Buy auto electronics division in valley stream. Also from here on, that will be my go to storeThe experience was excellentThe task I wanted to get done was completed in a timely and in an extremely competent manner.I also did not end up buying a new rear camera Maurice was able to determine that the broken part was not the rear camera but the clip on rear view monitor, so that saved me moneyAs far the pioneer head unit goes, it did a few important things that I wanted1) apple CarPlay2) competent hands free3) better sound4) touch screen 5) rear back up camera monitorInstallation was all free because I'm a geek squad member I purchased that option when I replaced my high end dishwasher to save me money and give me all these benefits wc during that time I did not realize I will need it a month after w one of our vans. A different topic but everything was a very positive experience.”

“This is my favorite store ,even though I love clothes shopping, home depot is my favorite store.I am a crafter so I visit a lot ,I also purchase my plants from here also ,I went there recently trying to find staples for my craftman stapler without any success,since Sears close down I'm not able to find staples which causes me to buy a new stapler this weekend .Anyone with Craftman staples in their position if you are not using them I would like to have them.”
