Had a blowout this past Friday in Clifton Park. Terrible timing. But Essentials made the experience a breeze. Amanda was extremely helpful and provided me with pictures of the drop off at Destination Kia who lied about the drop off day. Won't be my next destination. Kudos to coffmans!
