“My first two experiences with the Niagara Falls Boulevard One Stop involved NYS inspection on consecutive days for two of my collector vehicles. Both appointments were for 8:00 AM and I waited in the comfortable office. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My cars were taken almost immediately and returned to me in a short time. I witnessed several other customers as they interacted with the staff. The customers were greeted respectfully and accommodated with convenient appointments as well as explanations of what might be needed to service their vehicles. The personnel and facilities of this new One Stop were excellent!”

“I sent my streetrod to then for what I thought was a fuel system issue. Within an hour, they called and identified the issue. It ended up being the alternator not supplying enough amps to the fuel pump. They were professional, and constantly keeping updated on the status of the car. They also identified more issues with the vehicle, and summarily repaired those as well. Everything was repaired within one day. When I stopped by the facility to pay for the repairs, I was impressed by the storefront and the amount of products they offer for sale. There was everything from oil to tires to engines on the floor. The price on the repair was very reasonable, and we'll done. A+!”

“I had amazing experience with valu muffler of Tonawanda, those guys are top notch technicians, Matt is the best of the best, on 07/29/2024 I had issue with my Hyundai Tucson 2017, The engine having bad noise when I start it, stopped by this shop which is 0.3 mile from my home, In just one hour Matt diagnosed the issue and found a big crack in the exhaust manifold which need to be replaced including turbo supercharger, So he moved forward he was able to deal with my car’s company warranty and got approval to start the work.
Matt got the parts quickly, replaced it put new brakes and tires got annual inspection done and my car running just like new one.
Valu muffler & brakes auto center of Tonawanda will be my top priority shop for all my cars repairs and maintenance. Very recommended ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I use this Goodyear store pretty exclusively. All of the associates there are curious and do a great job of whatever service I having done. My 1 and only issue is that I usually have to wait with my vehicle and it takes way too long. That being said I'd rather have the quality work.”
“Solid service shop. 30 minute wait to have battery replaced and was 32 dollars cheaper than auto zone. It's in a shopping center with a pizza place. Plenty of ways to kill time and the waiting room is nice, newly furnished with coffee pods. Free car inspection was offered.
