“I have brought two vehicles here for regular maintenance, and generally I'm happy with the outcomes. Appointments are easy to make online. Exterior signage on the building is not the best, so it can be a challenge to find the right service entrance upon arrival - there are other Northtown vehicle dealerships sharing the same parking lot and there is more than one service location, for different brands. Staff were friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and has a charging station for phones etc, free coffee and cookies, a vending machine with snacks, a tv (wish the remote had been available to change it from news though, would love to see sports on there!), and I saw coloring books and crayons too so kids can be occupied. It's four stars instead of five for two reasons - one, they misplaced my keys and it took an unreasonably long time to find them, and the second vehicle also took a longer time to pick up than I think it should have. Two, although they send video walkthroughs of several things on the vehicle (tire tread, etc), there is no description either in the video or in the paperwork of exactly what the video is showing or what things mean. Obviously green is good, red is bad, but... are those brake pads (my assumption) or something else? How long does it take to go from yellow to red on the little test things? I'd love more discussion or a flyer so I can understand what is being shared.”

I have to say I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Backy Webb is an awesome sales individual and Finance guy Dan and the manager Tom was very on point with keeping me in the loop with what they were doing with finance and entire purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner. The receptionist girl was very nice friendly with a smile and greet always when we walk in. “Absolutely amazing. Had my wrangler towed there after my tensioner seized, and my serpentine belt had shredded, and wrapped itself around the radiator fan shaft. Absolute mess. Dropped it off late Saturday night, shop was closed Sunday, and Larry, the owner, had it ready to go by Monday at noon. On top of an amazing and quick repair, they even ground off the build up on the other pulleys, and topped off my coolant. All for an amazing price. Can't see myself taking my car anywhere else after that. Thanks again Larry.”
