6111 S Salina St, Syracuse“It's an easy store to get around. Good selection of things you may need, but maybe not and not all grocery stores are the same. The shrimp is really good here and seafood options. Bargains or sale from time to time to sale off meats off faster just have to look.”
“The best Aldi in town, I know it’s weird to think that some stores are better than others but it’s true, this is the only Aldi where most items are available and fresh.”
“Tiny but mighty! You can pretty much find anything Asian here. They have a great variety of prepared foods for lazy days when you don't want to cook everything yourself. The selling point for me is that they have excellent fresh homemade firm tofu, the kind that is perfect for stuffed tofu dishes because it doesn't disintegrate at the slightest of pressure.”

1055 W Genesee St, Syracuse“Store is very clean and easy to navigate with a great selection. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional and are always willing to answer questions. The only negative is the panhandlers at the front door and in the parking lot.”
“I recently had an event catered by the Jerusalem Market. There is only one word to describe it - outstanding! The folks were so friendly and helpful. Every culinary detail was taken care of and all I had to do was pick up the food, take it home and then greet my guests. Everyone agreed it was an excellent dinner. Actually, here comes one more word and that is - Delicious! Thank you Jerusalem Market!”

2015 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse“Like the location the service is great but the view inside is not that good but it's alright for a store the refrigerator for the milk and eggs is sometimes very empty like they are understaffed but if you go in there you will get every thing you need the light in side is not the best for a store this size and known to people it's Allright but not that good the light is low”
“It is not an upscale grocery but a basic food store with moderate prices. Good place for moderately priced food staples such as vegetables and pet foods. Meat, bakery, deli, and seafood counters are surprisingly well stocked. Fridays, they custom cook seafood without a charge.”
“Bought two prime rib roasts for Christmas dinner. Fair prices. The meat was cut well and package well. Most importantly, they both tasted wonderful after a night of dry brining and smoking the next day.”
“This store is great, better than going to tops where the cashiers wear their masks below their nose. These guys are friendly and polite.the store is always clean and well stocked.”
“I like this Tops in that it is a smaller store- while this limits the variety/quantity a little they still have pretty much everything you need, and it is easy in/easy out. Friendly staff too. Convenient access on our normal commute.”
“Great store, welcoming employees, and always have answers to questions i ask. Take you to items/departments when questions of items are at, and a very welcoming store!”
“Great place perfect staff very organized
in a safe neighborhood with no carens coming it the staff are always engaged with the people coming it if they don't have something on the shelf and you tell them that it's not there they will go and get it and if they don't have it they will show you the closest thing to it or an alternative”

2515 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse“What an amazing store and shopping experience. The store is clean, organized and stocked. I went to the deli department. When I approached the deli " Bob" acknowledged me, stopped what he was doing and introduced himself as " Bob". He was so pleasant and engaging. Honestly in this day and age it's hard to find good customer service and "Bob" exemplified it. What's even more amazing is he cut the American cheese to perfection. Trust me that means a lot considering how I have purchased cheese only to get home and find it cut horribly and in one big clump. So I hope management acknowledges " Bob" because he went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. You have definitely gained a new and returning customer.”
“Usually always great people helping you! Only thing that stinks is if you need to cash a few checks your only allowed 2 per day! But I’ve usually always have a great Team member helping me! Thank you Tops!!”

2515 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse“Some prices are higher, some lower. Compares well with Wegmans in quality without as big a selection in produce. However, nothing wrong here at all with it compared to a better than average grocery. Similar to one of the nicer Kroger locations if you’re familiar with how Kroger and how they vary. Clean, bright, and convenient location. In there just a few minutes ago and they opened a lane promptly when the single checkout had a line getting a little long. Lady that opened the self check was really nice. Its a little unclear (google problem not store) if it is 24-hr. Google says 6a-12, I think I saw a sign there stating 24. Coming back for sure. :)”
“Definitely pricey here. Not the cleanest or even the safest location. There are plenty of other businesses here, even a bank and a BK.
Inside there are plenty of food items to choose from. The bakery overcharges for most items. But they have thr birthday candles and cards for about every occasion.
The bathrooms are dirty and interior of the store is dated, floors look dirty, mud carpets show a lot of ware from the heavy traffic as this store feeds a lot of people in the shop city area.
Registers scanners can stick when using cards. The service was good here. It's an older building. It's a better atmosphere at the Tops location in North Syracuse. Plays to a different demographic. But I am personally grateful for Tops having a location here for the citizens in that community.
The panhandlers can be an issue, but not overwhelming as yet. I gave 4 stars because of the good service and this location feeds thousands of people.”
6AM - 10PM
Tops Market, 700 1st N St, Syracuse“This store has its "issues" due to location and clientele, but it's convenient and prices are no different than other Tops. But what really irritates me about this store is how people pull up in front in the "No Parking" zone and park rather than use the parking lot. You can't take carts out at this store, so if you have a large order, you need to pull up in front of the store to load it. Almost every time I go to this store lately, there are cars parked the entire length of the pickup area with no room for people to pull up and get their groceries. Are people so lazy they can't walk a few extra feet from the parking lot?
No one from the store seems to care about this. So, when I have a "big shop" to do, I'll go elsewhere.
I do want to give a shout-out to Mike in the pharmacy. He is the best - remembers my name, knows what I'm there for, will take care of me on the spot. I really appreciate that.”
6AM - 10PM
700 1st N St, Syracuse“The manager on shift who answered my call on the customer service line understood my concern and was helpful with explaining the reasons why garbage from tops was getting into my backyard. I am new to the neighborhood and it started to concern me and didn’t know what to do or who to talk to.Thank you for being understanding and have a good day!- Destini :)”
“BEST prices are at Aldis! Fact. Store shelves are looking empty at the moment. But the Erie Blvd store looks so much cleaner than this suburban location, which surprised me.
But the prices have gone down, service and employees are good. Customers are what's mostly cutting in front of you.
Ask where something is and employees are mostly helpful. So I shop here. Very clean parking lot.”
