“Thank you to the great people who work in this Tops. I have been living on the mayonnaise farm for so long I forgot how to function in a high-tech society. The self-checkout demanded I take $40 in cash back after purchasing my moon pies and ring dings. Not until I was back home at 52 Mayonnaise Lane, enjoying a sliver of moon pie did I remember I forgot my $40 in the money printing machine back at Tops self-checkout (first one on the right). When I arrived back to Tops 30 min later the nice people had my $40 in an envelope waiting for me and were nice enough not to laugh at my little incident. “This price chopper has a full service food court along with a seating area for when you can go and purchase items you can conveniently sit down in to eat and enjoy items from their prepared seafood, and full service, bakery, deli, sushi and seafood selection, with many other various items to try too. Definitely would consider stopping back. The only downside is the building and parking lot could use modernizing.”

“I actually love this store as it is clean and well stocked. They have a very wide selection of meat that is always fully stocked. My only issue that cost it a star is their website is quite inaccurate. This to me is a very big deal as when I want to see what store near me carries a particular item. On several occasions I searched the online site for an item they stated they carried and even gave the aisle location. Only to go into the store and not find it. When I ask for assistance locating the item or even the aisle the employee looks at me like a deer in headlights. Despite my numerous gripes about the website it remains up and inaccurate.”

“I don't understand why sometimes there's only 1 person working the deli when there's a line of people waiting and the deli person is at the other end making subs this has happened to me the last 2 times I was there and I ended up getting lunch meat and cheese out of the pre sliced cooler when I really needed a full pound of turkey and a half pound of cheese. This never ever happens at Wegmans or Price Chopper I also like getting gas points which always help when it's time to fill up.”

“Some prices are higher, some lower. Compares well with Wegmans in quality without as big a selection in produce. However, nothing wrong here at all with it compared to a better than average grocery. Similar to one of the nicer Kroger locations if you’re familiar with how Kroger and how they vary. Clean, bright, and convenient location. In there just a few minutes ago and they opened a lane promptly when the single checkout had a line getting a little long. Lady that opened the self check was really nice. Its a little unclear (google problem not store) if it is 24-hr. Google says 6a-12, I think I saw a sign there stating 24. Coming back for sure. :)”
