I’ve had headache and heartache with different companies, but there’s seamless integration on online booking and that the fact that I did everything through my mobile phone . There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . “Love this company. Wish all places could be like them. So friendly and helpful. They just do everything right.
We are from the west coast and our daughter is at SU. Needed a storage unit for the summer. They could not have been more accommodating. Easy to set up and then when we moved out I forgot to call them to let them know and they called my 2 days later to say they found our unit unlocked and empty and wanted to confirm they should close it out. Amazing!
We have rented units a for our boys at their respective schools and they were both much more challenging.

“The facility is clean, classy and safe. It's also conveniently located close to my new house, which is awesome. The staff/customer service for this company is amazing - super friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. I've talked to a couple different people and every experience was the same. Payments are reasonable (especially with the half off promotion for two months) and the automatic bill pay makes things so much easier. I'm so happy that I went with this storage company!”

“Tammy (Owner), and Dominique as agents for this location made my move a seamless, easy experience. I am so impressed with how well operated the Erie Boulevard, Syracuse location is. It’s like watching a well oiled service operation before one’s eyes, a well managed and beautifully run business. It’s obvious a lot of effort goes into serving customers so seamlessly and with such care to efficiency in customer service and quality of the services and products offered. I was checked in in no time and Tammy on my second visit and rental and Dominique on my first visit and rental—both within a week’s time—were welcoming and professional, and made me feel like I was special, like family or a special customer. The people in front of me were treated the same way. And they operate under such an extraordinarily effective business model, everything works like clockwork. Check in and reservations or special needs are accommodated at an excellent pace and with obvious care, empathy , and compassion. The professionalism they show at this location is matched by the quality and condition of the equipment they provide and goods and supplies they sell. Rented trailer again. Easy going customer service. I’d guess the poor reviews listed here were probably related to the individual posting.
It’s also true the trailer I got was not the one ordered. They gave me a rental pretty similar. 4x8 vs 5x9. I’ll happily take the extra space and the weight/size penalty was insignificant. This is U-Haul and things are in constant flux.
It appears there are new owners/managers from several years ago.”

She has always been so very helpful and supportive and she is always in a fun and happy mood no matter what! She goes above and beyond her means! I won’t move my unit mainly because of her!
