“Excellent Service and accomodations!!!We were able to rent suitable space to store our papers for carriers to pickup from. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the 481 ramps on Kirkville Rd. The buildings and lot were always clean, and well maintained. Easy access through oversized gates to accommodate large vehicles. They even have a phone app for touch less entry through the gates. The lot was always plowed and saltedp in the winter. All the storage areas are secured by metal gates and fencing, and monitored through remote cameras.They do have an onsite office, open most of the day, and hand out a phone number for additional help.It has been a pleasure to do business with them !!”

“I Looked online for storage space for my Vehicle,Made a Reservation,Got a Call within 15 minutes from Becca which I Missed the Call using GPS on my Cell Phone.Made it There and Becca gave me the number of the Storage Space and she opened up the gate.Seen the Storage it was perfect.10 minutes Later I had my Storage thanks too Becca.She answered all my Questions and Concerns.Becca Was Great in every way.Thanks to her I felt very Comfortable Leaving my Vehicle There.And I know the Area and I know the Area is Very Safe.Thank you Becca For making it Very Easy for me!!!!!”

We have moved mirrors, glass, nice dressers and major electronics with no issues whatsoever. We do take the time to package them nicely which only helps both parties. But collectively they have driven our belongings 5+ hours and we will contact them when we move again in the future for sure!”

“Had to move my 88-year-old mother-in-law out her apartment as she is in Rehab and won't be able to return to her apartment. needed a clean, secure and large enough unit near her apartment to enable move with many trips.B and C storage had two facilities in Dewitt nearby and the one on Manlius Center Road had a 10 x 10 unit available. I rented online and also purchased insurance. Sharon from the office called me with temporary code for storage access as the unit i rented is inside. Once I got there and checked the unit it was nice to see it was sealed with a seal and that they have a welcome bag with a free disc lock with instructions on how to lock unit. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. they also have a 2 wheel and four-wheel dolly in the hall for your use along with a door stop to hold open outside door so you can easily access and move in and out. So far all has gone well.I have completely filled the unit and their unit calculator tool is a great help in figuring out sizing.”
