We have moved mirrors, glass, nice dressers and major electronics with no issues whatsoever. We do take the time to package them nicely which only helps both parties. But collectively they have driven our belongings 5+ hours and we will contact them when we move again in the future for sure!”

“Upack was a great way to relocate from upstate NY to SW Florida. UPack customer service as well as ABF Drivers are friendly, full of information and willing to explain specifics. I initially ordered 3 UPack containers , when I called ABF Syracuse to confirm delivery was informed their fork lift was broken and I needed to contact UPack to switch to a trailer. Actually worked out well and I saved some money as well. I suggest paying the extra to have the trailer dropped at your new location vs unloading at a depot, transferring the items from the trailer to a Uhaul was a bit tricky.”

“Excellent Service and accomodations!!!We were able to rent suitable space to store our papers for carriers to pickup from. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the 481 ramps on Kirkville Rd. The buildings and lot were always clean, and well maintained. Easy access through oversized gates to accommodate large vehicles. They even have a phone app for touch less entry through the gates. The lot was always plowed and saltedp in the winter. All the storage areas are secured by metal gates and fencing, and monitored through remote cameras.They do have an onsite office, open most of the day, and hand out a phone number for additional help.It has been a pleasure to do business with them !!”
