“I purchased a wedding gift from a Reeds/Jenss store out of town. Three days before the wedding I realized the wrapped gift was broken as I could hear glass inside. Thursday morning I called the local Reeds Jewelry store and explained my situation. Even though they are exclusive to jewelry, Natalie did not stop there. After confirming my purchase in their system, she made some calls and arranged for a new bowl to be over-nighted to her store. By Friday afternoon I exchanged the broken item for the new piece and was off to the Wedding on Saturday with gift in hand. Natalie went above and beyond the call of service and truly acted like it was her honor to help me. Quality customer service you don’t see everyday anymore.”
“Yesterday Saturday September 21st I came to the mall to pick up a watch from Joseph Jewelers. I've been shopping for this watch for my Miami Dolphins for the last 3 months.
So i came Hannoush Jewelers looking for the watch and a young lady named Heather came to assist me. She realized that her store did not sell that watch and looked in the catalog to see if they did carry that watch.
She was so nice and very kind and very trusting and had very good product knowledge. She went above and beyond and help me find my watch. I place my order for my watch she walked me through the whole step and I will be receiving my watch this coming Tuesday..

“Favorite childhood place to go shop as a kid as well as adults. They do piercings to the ears only and they wear gloves when doing so. Prices range depending on the location of the piercings. Took my daughter there to get her wars pierced and the service was very welcoming.”
