“Welch & Co Jewelers offered top-of-the-line service for me and I wasn't even a customer. I brought in an engagement ring that I purchased online to be resized and they notified me that it wasn't real and couldn't resize it. They provided me with a jewelers certificate detailing the process they used to determine that it was fake, withstood the online vendor's threats, and dealt with me when I was asking millions of questions. They did all of this for free, with a smile, and they made sure I felt like they actually wanted to help me. I cannot think of, or even dream of for that matter, a place that deserves a 5 star review as much as Welch & Co. Thank you Luz!”

“A great family owned local jewelry store. I have gone there for years and have never been disappointed. I recently inherited a very old Waltham Vanguard pocket watch. It was running when I got it. I took it into Diana's to have it get the "once over." I was told that the inside was very dry, the mechanism had no lubrication left. I pretty much already knew that. I was also shown that the crystal was very yellowed. I left it there for them to work up an estimate for me, and when they called it was a reasonable estimate. I got the watch back today and it is stunning!! A new crystal, mechanism lubed and it is great. I could not be happier.”

He would not charge me for an appraisal on a vintage ring, that he couldn’t exactly identify the stone. Something practically unheard of these days. “The owner is awesome! Always greeted when you go inside and super friendly chatting about all the crystals & gems from all over the world. The prices are super reasonable and much cheaper than some of the other crystal stores around. They have a huge selection and a lot are marked with information. Free parking in the back of the building with two entrances so you don't have to worry about parking on Main Street. A must visit!”

“On October 12, 2022 I stopped in to the store to check on the status of my parents' wedding rings, which has been brought here to be refitted. I was told they would be ready in a week. I asked if there was any way to fast track the repair since my mom was in hospice. The woman waiting on me said she would ask. She went into the back, then returned a few moments later with her supervisor. He immediately located the rings and told his staff to get to them first, and that the rings would be ready within 24 hours, and someone would call me. I thanked him and left. 2 hours later I received a phone call that the rings were ready. I picked them up and took them back to my parents, who placed them on each other's fingers. This was around 4 15 pm. My mom passed away 12 hours later. I am forever grateful to the staff here for giving my family this gift. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“I am looking for GUCCI battery replacement from last 2 months . However I am not using watch actively so NO hurry to me .I have tired in Destiny mall and in Erie Blvd and I shocked by listening prices like 100 $ plus and Erie Blvd guys planned to send it to Swiss with 150$ deposit amount and will be ready in 2 months .LOL.These manlius Jewellery guys are really awesome and all I paid is just 8 $ and it’s done in 10 minutes. I arrived with a very diverse assortment of coins and jewelry and having zero knowledge of the value I was depending on the owner to be fair. Lou was very welcoming and we immediately made a good business connection. Lou bought most everything I brought in at a very fair price and I left feeling completely satisfied and valued as a customer. This is a great place to do business.”

“I have been suffering from miserable foot issues for some time and was having a good bit of trouble finding shoes that alleviated my pain. A relative had highly recommended a lesser known and quite expensive brand, but no stores in my area carried them. I was driving from Indiana back to my home in Maine and I looked online to see if I could find any stores that carried them along my path. I called from somewhere in Ohio to Paul Karaz Shoes and explained my situation. Shelby encouraged me to stop by when I got to that area. I did so and I'm so glad I did. Paige patiently listened to my tale of woe, examined my feet and the shoes I was wearing and made great recommendations. I was not even able to buy anything there, because they didn't have what I needed in stock, but I got better advice than I've gotten anywhere else and am currently wearing shoes that have given me more relief than anything else I've tried to date. She also told us about an event they had coming up to save money on wedding bands so we waited until then to buy them. In the mean time, she would send photos whenever they got new bands in that she thought we would like. She was awesome!! We had the best experience.
