“I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”

“I called at least seven auto repair places inquiring about a timing belt change for my VW TDI. Four out of the seven said they didn’t do that specific job, probably because it is a labor intensive job requiring specialty tools. However, one of the shops that I called recommended, Fender Rebender.
Bob, the owner of Fender Rebender, is awesome! I have been to countless mechanics for the various Volkswagen TDI issues that I’ve encountered over my 20+ years of owning them and Bob is THE most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants an excellent and highly knowledgeable mechanic.”

“Brought my 5+ year old car in for exterior work (scratch removal, paint touch-ups, and buffing). There were several very deep scratches on the car. Greg and his team did a fantastic job finding and removing, buffing, and/or filling in all of the scratches, and carefully touching up the entire exterior of the car. The team takes great pride in their work, and it shows. Highly recommend Kolorcraft!”

“Stop scaring people. I stopped there and they looked at car, no appt. I have appt coming up I'll have to reschedule for Jan 6th when SOC sec comes, or we won't have food let alone Xmas. But these bad reviews scare people. I'm a 69 yr old lady supporting 2 disabled sons on SOC sec and food stamps, and I have to trust someone. He seemed nice and mechanic working his butt off. He's been in business for years, so it's not fair to scare people with horror stories. Don't scare people. I have enough problems, and 500 is alot of money for me to spend. I don't need horror stories. Don't go back if you feel that way, but don't call him a crook.”
“Great mechanic for Syracuse students! I was recommended to Mike by a Syracuse local while I was in school. He fixed multiple issues with my car: replaced the oil & brakes, repaired and replaced the shocks/coils, replaced wheel bearings, etc. When my parents came to visit me, my dad (a mechanic) approved Mike's work and was surprised at his prices. Mike was also quick. He didn't dally around and was usually outside or at the front office waiting for me to drop my car off so he could get started. I recommend Mike to anyone with car trouble.Services: Oil change”
