250 NY-59, Suffern“This is a shout out specifically to Meredith and also Elaine at this location. Last week my account was hacked and I got a significant amount of money stolen. The Citibank fraud department was not very helpful, but Meredith was a lifesaver. I live up in the Catskills and this is my closest location which means I had to drive an hour plus to deal with this in person. She squeezed me in on a Friday at 4:30 PM so that I wouldn’t have to wait out the weekend on pins and needles. She helped me find the right people at corporate and sat on hold for me multiple times. This was a very stressful situation, of course but Meredith and her service were the silver lining.Thank you Meredith for going above and beyond!”

Marlon is very smart and efficient and Adele is so friendly and they make you feel like you're part of the family. I have been using this bank for my business for many many years and never had any issues. If there was an issue they would fix it and help me solve the problem right away. Excellent customer service here.”

I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! Exchanging a smile might make your day a little brighter too!”
