“Was able to take care of the normal things before getting on to a hwy for a long drive: no line @ the pump for fuel and just pulled right up! Since there weren't any cars waiting to use the pumps and the mini-mart was conveniently close, we were able to leave the car as it filled to get drinks/snacks and use the bathroom (no line & clean). Very convenient and was exactly what we needed at that moment!”

I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. “I had to drive 45mins to cash a check drawn out of this bank. Before I headed down I gave a call in to find out what I needed to do as I don’t have an account here. Androy the manager answered the phone. Such a nice gentleman! He told me what I needed to do. A few hours after the call I drove down there, asked to see Andy. We sat down and started the process. Unfortunately there was an issue with the check, that’s why I drove the 45mins to go to that bank instead of depositing it into my bank. I had that feeling it wasn’t right. After just a few minutes Andy was going above and beyond, as they say, “his pay grade”, and fixed the issue. He totally did not have to take the steps he did to ensure I received the money that was owed to me. I highly recommend dealing with Andy if you ever need anything from this bank! Thank you so much for your professionalism and going above and beyond to make a horrible situation right!!!!!”

“I love this TD Bank branch! I live in Woodcliff Lake and frequent the Montvale and Hillsdale branch occasionally. However I work in Ramsey right next to this branch and always try to do my banking here. Their staff is the friendliest, and most efficient. I try to go when I know Harshad P. is working the drive thru, as he's so easy going and always friendly...makes banking there a pleasure. All the tellers are great!”

“The branch is on Route 59, but it's easy to get in and get out of the parking lot. First time I've ever reviewed a brick and mortar bank. I found the service to be excellent. I explained my predicament with the mobile app. It would not except a check, Darren understood, and took care of it right away. That was a relief.
