“This Lowe's location always seems to have what I am looking for. Whether it is peat pods for starting the seeds for my garden or a hanging plant for my Mom for Mother's day, this store has good quality items for a reasonable price. I typically don't have to interact with anyone except for the cashier which I have had no issues with. I mostly am able to look around and find things for myself as this store is fairly well organized. The seeds I bought are also already doing well and growing and the hanging plant still looks great. Taken as a whole, this location is clean, organized and worth the visit for a consistent experience.”

She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. Wanted to buy a bag of wild bird seed but it was on sale 11.95so couldn't use my coupon for that even though I would have paid the extra money. To me that was weird. Pete was very helpful.”

“I order some specialized hardware from Guden (Camloc cam-stays). I was incredibly annoyed with Guden's order flow process. Guden doesn't provide estimated shipping costs until after you submit your order and they process it, so you're kind of at the mercy of whatever shipping costs they tally up after you click all of the "I acknowledge" and "I agree" boxes....My order was for 6 units for around $60 and when I got the order confirmation my total was $140. I had researched and selected the cheapest shipping method possible of the available shipping methods they listed. I believe it was FedEx Ground....and with another competitor vendor that DID provide shipping estimates, I was expecting a charge of around $11. But I was charged over $70 for shipping. Apparently, my shipping method was changed in error to FedEx 2nd Day Air for $70+.I reached out to Guden support very annoyed and they acknowledged their error and provided excellent customer support and gave me a refund to my CC for the difference in my originally selected shipping method and the 2nd Day Air cost. So they ate the cost and provided great customer service.Other than the strange lack of shipping estimates/costs during checkout, great company to work with!”
