“I dealt with David Lacagnina for my auto loan. I stopped in the first time and he was honest with me and told me to wait a week because an option I wanted with my loan would be available for me later. I came back a week later, not only did I get the option I wanted but my loan was approved and done in an hour or so. He was patient, professional, and very kind and clear about what was needed from me to get the process done as quickly as possible. I’d recommend using him 100 times over.”

“Ok- I’m not a huge reviewer in writing but my experience merits a review. The Forest Ave branch is of exceptional customer service! I dealt with both Nicholas and Deshawn who were extremely patient, helpful and most importantly professional. I was there for a car loan, went through some hiccups unrelated to MCU but the dealer itself, however, MCU and staff were superb in making sure my loan and documentation was complete. The wait time was not even as long as it used to be. Furthermore, the branch manager Kang Lee was as hands on as the rest of them, which was very nice to see. I highly recommend this Forest Ave branch to my friends and family.”

“For the life of me I have not a clue why this Chase is not a five star company. I have both a business account there as well as a normal checking account. Every last banker there legitimately wants to help you. Personally, I prefer to deal with the gentleman who you will see to your immediate left when you enter the building. He is super friendly and truly cares about his clients. I have one critique!! The ATM machines can be slow at times. Otherwise I believe this to be the best Chase in Staten Island.”
“When you ask a person about their banking experience they generally complain about long lines, not enough tellers and need better help. Well I am here to say that the staff working for Michelle Northe at Arden Ave Branch are fantastic. They always answer questions with a smile and I never wait to long at all. One professional that stands out is Angela Calamia. I have difficult requests about twice a month and Angela Calamia never lets me down. Angela delivers everything I need with plenty of time to spare. Angela even reaches out to me at home if I forget to pick up my items. “The most amazing customer service you can even imagine. The banker Medina is the best! This young lady is so smart and highly professional! She just helped me yesterday and resolved all my situation what I can’t really resolved for a years. She was taking all my questions and citations as her personal. And she spending hours with me. We start at the morning and then I have to leave to pick up my kids. When I came back she counted to work with my situation. She made a lot of calls for me and when the work was successfully done it was already after 6 pm. She didn’t really care that the branch already closed. Her goal was to help me resolve my problem and got her customer satisfied. Madina, knows really good what she is doing. She is so smart! I was really impressed!
