“They are always very kind and welcoming here! I've been coming to this bank my entire life. The only problem that I have is that their ATM doesn't accept deposits while other Spencer Savings Bank branch location's ATMs do accept deposits. It can become a bit of an inconvenience if I want to deposit cash outside of business hours. Other than that, I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.”

“I was visiting NJ for another reason and stopped to see if I could get a credit card on the way to my destination. And I can't believe how well everything went. I am extremely grateful to Katia Useda Rivera, a very friendly and helpful employee at this office. I only had to wait for around 14 minutes for an appointment with a representative and received my physical credit card in no time at all (3 days?), even though I live in a different state! (Well, NY is pretty close, but I still didn't expect this). And I also got clear and friendly instructions and faced no discrimination at all.”
