“If you are looking for a really solid fitness community, FitCity is the place! There is something for everyone here. They have a large weight room, a turf room, and separate spaces for cardio and group classes. (I'd recommend one of Tara's spin classes hands down.) Everyone makes you feel right at home. If you need help figuring out a machine or if you have any other questions, there is always someone willing to help you out. The trainers here are also great. Suzie is phenomenal and has really helped me along on working with me to achieve my personal goals. I also can't forget to mention Sonja at the front desk! She's incredible and always acknowledges you when you walk in the doors. If you're on the fence about joining FitCity, just take the leap. It's worth it!”

“Love the location, however had an issue with parking my truck at the "establishment " next door. They actually called the police to ask me to move. No problem, I was still able to get in a quick workout. See you very soon...again....hehehehe”

“10 dollars for a day pass 15 for week. Still reasonable prices and good equipment not crowded at least during the day. Wouldn't pay more than 10 for a day pass but I bought the week pass it is a good deal. Friendly gym goers and beautiful dog there”

“I joined ADK Crossfit a little over a year ago after moving here from NJ and leaving my old crossfit family behind. The coaches and members at ADK have been so friendly to and supportive of me and my son, who is new to CF. Yesterday (9/17/2023), almost 20 ADK members did a Spartan race in Killington, VT (my first Spartan race in approx. 4yrs). Everyone was cheering each other on just like during a WOD! Such a great group of people!”

“This gym has something special as the great attitude all employees have flows from Ryan’s leadership. I have seen commitment from Ryan ,Dan, Lo and Josh to their clients success, and that means giving gym clients both a positive attitude and attainable goals/nutrition plan as well as caring enough about us as members to hold us accountable to our own goals whenever we get off track. They’ve got the right balance as they acknowledge accomplishments as well. Have seen numerous people making major accomplishments and in higher % than other area gyms. They make the workouts fun with games and fun contests, and they also get to know you on a personal level. Great balance of taking your goals seriously , and adding fun and humor. Also a sense of community. I vouch for this gym. Boxing classes also excellent.”

“I love working out a this PF! Ann is always in a good mood and is so helpful. And the manager lady (long brown hair sorry i didnt get her name) is always so nice! They all are so helpful and cheerful when you go in. They are ready to help. I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to working out at the gym and they make the hard part ( getting in the door) easy. Thank you to everyone at the front desk for making the gym my happy place!As for the gym its self, they have tons of options for everyone. You could shake up your routine, or go lite if your starting out. And i alwayd like to end up in the hydrobed after a tough workout! The place is clean and organized! Love it!”

“I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, and many Anytimes. This is a great location. Very clean, well laid out and organized, not crowded. The bathrooms are honestly among the best of any Anytime I've been to, I don't think I've ever seen a bigger or more high-end shower setup in another AF location. They clearly spent a lot of capital on those. In general, this is an uncrowded 24/7 gym with good equipment and well kept and clean. Would recommend.”
