Has everything you’d need. Machines are a little old but it gets the job done. Great gym, great environment.

10 dollars for a day pass 15 for week. Still reasonable prices and good equipment not crowded at least during the day. Wouldn't pay more than 10 for a day pass but I bought the week pass it is a good deal. Friendly gym goers and beautiful dog there

Very clean and well maintained gym. Excellent selection of equipment and weights.Members are respectful of others, no criticism or "advice,".Change shoes by desk to avoid salt damage to equipment.Nice heavy bag.Cleaning fluids and wash cloths readily available in all areas.No shortage of large lockers.5 stars out of 5.
