I was at the bank to make some deposits and withdraw money but Miss Lisbeth was not in a good mood. I'm so sorry because for me that branch has always had very good service. It made me feel like I was asking them for a favor. and Not like it's a job you're paid to do.

This is by far the worst Chase ive been too. The ATMs NEVER work. No exaggeration. There is ALWAYS an ATM issue. Then get charged a fee for using someone elses atms because theirs dont work!!? What a joke.

Drive thru ATMs are down more than they are fully functional. Friday evening, Monday morning, doesn’t matter what day or time, all year round.

Arrived at the bank at 4:38pm was told the bank closes at 5pm. And that a new account takes over 30 minutes to open. They had me wait in the waiting area just to tell me that the bank is now closed when it became 5pm. Oh and the most ridiculous lie ever “our computers stop working after 5pm”.Unprofessional and unethical! Do they even know what customer service is?

Very disappointed with a reason visit and knowledgeable employees, but they are not to blame if management doesn't train them properly, I have had several accounts in chase for over a decade personal and business and back in the day employees knew you by name and were all about customer service, but I have notice the down fall throughout the years but never had seen it this bad ??

My banking is never complex but I’ve always received excellent customer service from Chase bank representatives. My 3 star rating is related to the atm services at my branch in Shirley, NY - the only branch left in decent proximity to me, despite it’s awkward placement and time consuming route for access. Based on the traffic and volume of people at this location, it seems as though the majority of the tri-hamlet banks with Chase. Why then, can they not maintain their atm’s better? For the last several months there has been a consistent issue at both drive up machines, whether it be unable to dispense cash or unable to accept deposits, it’s ALWAYS something. This then trickles to the indoor atm, forcing everyone to bottle neck into the tiny vestibule and quickly render that one useless as well. How is such a well established bank chain suddenly incapable of tracking a consistent branch issue and troubleshooting an effective solution for one it’s most necessary and basic operations? It’s been the only Chase in town for years and until recently, was capable of maintaining atm services. So, what happened? It’s become so common, it’s a topic between strangers waiting on lines at other businesses! Perhaps there’s a reason outside of bank control or perhaps it’s ineffective management. Whatever it is, there’s no good excuse to charge the exorbitant fees that Chase does and not be able to provide basic, consistent, reliable automated services to their customers. Shame on you, Chase, please get it together!

This is the most unorganized bank I've ever been with. Plus they closed my account or started the process when my wife wanted her name off of it. Mine was still on it. But they started to close it. So now on a Friday I can't get my pay because they started the process and I had to get it reopened and waited all day so my bills suffered for it. I am so ready to take them to court if it's not in by 11 because of their fault. I'm so unhappy with this bank and warn people to stay away. Unless you want them to steal your money.
