Bank atm always do not accept cash and check deposits and withdrawals all the time in the drive thru so you have to go inside and us that one and wait 20 min in line also had the atm rack $10 from me when it said it could not read the bills and never returned them and there machines are verry slow and if you want to speak to a clerk you have to wait 30 min on the chairs because they have 2 out of the 6 stalls in order

Little strange you don’t ask for id to take out almost 10k dollar withdrawal all I needed was a card and a pin very very unsecured. Also need more atm at this location not a god dam atm inside a locked bank.

Went to chase bank this Morning I sat down with towhid He went through step-by-step.
On my new checking and savings accounts He was very professional.
I would highly recommend him to anyone Starting my experience with chase let's see what happens

I was at the bank to make some deposits and withdraw money but Miss Lisbeth was not in a good mood. I'm so sorry because for me that branch has always had very good service. It made me feel like I was asking them for a favor. and Not like it's a job you're paid to do.

tried depositing checks thru the ATM and they would not accept them! properly signed and everything, machine kept spitting em right out. the poor people behind me start honkin at me LOL. my last chase experience ever. also my mother's account got hacked and they did NOTHING! the rep. said they would lock the acct and never did! i hear many bad reviews about this type of bank and i can see why. disappointing.

This is by far the worst Chase ive been too. The ATMs NEVER work. No exaggeration. There is ALWAYS an ATM issue. Then get charged a fee for using someone elses atms because theirs dont work!!? What a joke.
