“***Great Service*** Due to the fact that several brand name RV dealers in the Rochester area, will not service older Class A rig 'chassis', we were referred to Jack's Repair. Brian (service mgr) was up front and honest with work estimates. We needed several smaller repairs and we needed our Auto Park and Powergear Jack system repaired. The owner was up front as well with repair expectations. I was able to leave the rig. They have large workshops and a huge lot (safe rural area). Very customer service oriented. Our rig is a 2003 Airstream Land Yacht with a P32 chassis. If you are in the Rochester, NY area I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of service. There is also a huge RV park down the street. We did not stay but the website looks very nice.”

“I've brought my wheels here a few times to get repaired and every time they have done an amazing job. Wheels look like new again. Ordered tires to be mounted and they arrived and ready to be mounted in a day. Can't beat.
