“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”

“Had a pleasant and easy experience shipping off a package at this location. They do not offer free tape at this location and it’s printed there. I believe I saw there’s a 24 hour lobby that the public can use from what I saw posted on their door. Ken came out of the back and helped me pick the cheapest package and printed out my QR code for my shipping label and put it right on the package for me too. I believe the QR code is the only way they can print your label. Thanks again usps and shoutout to Ken. Kind service too.”

“I love this post office. Employees are great and they will explainto to you everything. Front doors are open 24/7 and you can do self service after hours with machine they have in the hall. “They provide many services, not only send mail, but you can also renew the passport or apply for a passport if you do not have one before. International shipping is available, and there are many other services for foreign trips. The service is not bad, but there is a noticeable lack of the number of workers who are available. I hope they will add more so that it does not take longer.”

“A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them.Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get.Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.”

“This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3.The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time.They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.”

“Small but friendly post office with a lot of parking and convenient to a major road. I can't speak for the field service, but service at the window was helpful and efficient. There aren't a whole lot of post offices in the area, so there aren't many options to choose from, but I like this one and I would come here again to mail a package.”

“Donna is a fantastic worker, she is always positive and engaging, and my packages always see their way out in one piece.The only negative feedback i can think of is the very large gap time in the middle of the day when the office is closed, i feel like this location is busy enough that there should be more than one person on the clock at one time, so breaks are covered.”
