“I love this post office. Employees are great and they will explainto to you everything. Front doors are open 24/7 and you can do self service after hours with machine they have in the hall. I move my PO Box from Colonie mall to Niskayuna, Schenectady County and I'm very happy I did that. Thank you for your service. Keep up doing outstanding job.”
“They provide many services, not only send mail, but you can also renew the passport or apply for a passport if you do not have one before. International shipping is available, and there are many other services for foreign trips. The service is not bad, but there is a noticeable lack of the number of workers who are available. I hope they will add more so that it does not take longer.”
“A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. “This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3.The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time.They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.”
