“Going to be 63 years old in two weeks. I was just tired of being so big! I played college sports and have a black belt in karate. Been with Jim since the beginning of the year! We laugh and have great time! I like to think of myself as one of his success stories! I lost 35 pounds in 8 weeks and will be around as long as I can! The man is supportive but doesn’t pull any punches! Get off the couch!put in the work and it WILL PAY OFF! You can’t go home and eat a box of donuts ! The work outs are fun and and the camaraderie is nice! Completely recommend the place! Don’t be shy”

“I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.”

“Absolutely the best! I’ve been going here for years. I️ started when I️ lived in CT and was so happy when they started offering a virtual platform which I’ve been using since relocating to NC. Flexible options - most mornings I️ do a live class but sometimes I️ opt for a recording. The recordings are updated frequently so I️ dont get bored with them. And the live classes have a terrific vibe with a very attentive coach to help me avoid injury - and sometimes push me to do more. I’m a huge fan.”

“I’ve been training with coach Phil for over 4 years and there is no place I’d rather be when I’m working out. He really works with each of his clients to meet their personal needs even when it’s a group workout. Through the pandemic he accommodated his clients the best way he could to make it work. I was truly impressed by how he kept everything together. Even post surgeries I had, he made the workouts fit whatever my body was going through. Whether it’s just a workout for you, or you’re looking to do it with a friend or your children I would recommend his studio and classes to everyone.”

“I must say that I did not think that this would work, but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked an hour session with Jesus Andrade. After a short interview of questioning my needs and medical background, Jesus started to stretch, pull, massage and release many of my areas of concern. I have suffered from years of sciatica. Jesus not only released the tension in my back, legs and glutes, he also showed me some stretches that I could do at home to alleviate the pain. During the session, I even heard a snap, which Jesus described as a release. After that, I felt increase amounts of comfort. Jesus is very professional. He is constantly checking with you to see if the pressure is too much or too little and making adjustments along the way. I would highly recommend his services. Keep it up Jesus.”

“I loved coming to this gym! The coaches were very nice. When I hurt myself all the coaches were concerned and helpful with scaling during the recovery. And the space is absolutely massive. Great for joining a class even better if you want to do your own thing.I will say the programming has had a noticeable decline. When I joined there was much different programming that was challenging and fun. But over time the workouts have deteriorated in quality.Also just informational. The are extremely strict with their 30 day policy. We gave notice, the owner missed the email and my fiancé and I were charged an entire extra month and they would not work with us or even prorate the month which is really disappointing. Especially since we provided proof of emailing them in a timely manner. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths since we were billed on the day we moved.But the good at this gym overcomes the bad! Would still recommend to friends traveling through with an asterisk.”

“Mr. Belmar he is the one taught me Muay Thai and Boxing it helps me confidence, against bully. I want to learn Muay Thai and get in shape. Mr. Belmar said if I am not seeing him I should practice at least 1 hour and do battle rope, light weightlifting so you won't injured your back. I am doing Private training every Saturday in afternoon.”
