The most difficult bank I have ever experienced. You have to fill out a form for everything, even when you want to deposit money to their bank. They take super long and I feel any bank is better as long as it is not Trustco, how ironic they name their bank Trustco but no one trusts in them.

If you want to be treated like garbage, Trustco is the bank for you. 25 year customer and I am leaving this inept bank. The list is too long to explain all that we have been through with them in the past few months but suffice to say I am extremely unhappy. Lip service is all you get and no action despite providing all the information that they asked for. Good luck to who ever sticks with this "hometown" bank, trust me they don't care about you.

Absolutely the worst bank in the country. Customer service is terrible . Employees are very poorly trained and give different policy explanations depending who you speak to. The Online banking is terrible account information is never accurate . Money goes missing with no explanation as to where it goes. Bank manager is lazy and does nothing to fix the issues when brought to his attention . Will be closing account and finding different bank definitely

This bank is difficult. It is the first bank that doesn’t allow you to order a debit card through the branch. Which bank says the only way to order a new debit card is through customer service? They act like their customer service line is so easy to get in contact with. I’m highly disappointed.

They take mad long!!, i went there to write a check and put money in my credit card and they take 45 minutes just to do that. They need to work more faster I can’t be bank for 45 minutes just to write a check and transfer money.

I'm not happy with thus Trustco. I pulled up at the drive-through, to cash a check. I am a customer of Trustco. I provide them with my drivers license and my Trustco debit card to verify I am who I am. That's not good enough for them, they want your account number as well? While pulling away from the drive-through, the branch manager forgets to withdraw the slide out drawer, The slide out drawer scratches the side of my truck. We both fill out an incident report. The manager - Faris agrees it was his mistake. I was denied any responsibility from a manager sitting at a desk somewhere else !! Time to with-drawl my money and take my banking somewhere else.
