“I was in an auto accident this morning and I did not think it was bad until I started driving my van, something is is really wrong. Clock spring is definitely broke and the front end was making a scrubbingnoise. Was sent to a body shop but they could not help me for 2-3 days. So I called Frank & Sons and Ann Marie had me bring it right over. She called a tow service and had it towed to their location. She helped me get a car rental so I could continue on with my job. Very nice people and helpful. Met the owner Frank, really nice guy! All thumbs up guys!!! Ann Marie your awesome girl!!!!”

“I was in a really bad Tbone accident in January, I found Josh on Google!! So many shops wouldn’t take my car, but Josh took my car the day my insurance company dropped my car off!! I was so thankful for this!Josh fixed the side damage from the accident within exactly 1 month and was very kind and updated me weekly on the progress. Josh even fixed parts like a missing window button inside the car for me!There was front damage done to the car while in the hands of my insurance company. The side damage was fixed first and then I brought back the car this past Friday to fix the front damage! Josh fixed the grill and bumper by Monday evening! He even helped me out with an oil change too.I would HIGHLY recommend JSmitty shop to anyone!! It was worth the tow to Schenectady from Albany! Josh is so genuine with his work! “My pilot had an accident where the whole front bumper came off and I was initially unsure where I would bring my car. I planned to go to my dealerships body shop but I stopped at 518 first for a free estimate! The owner explained everything in as much detail as he could without taking my car apart. Him and his office staff walked me through the insurance process and really fought with the insurance to get certified Honda parts in my car! “I get off of work at 8:45 PM during the week, so it’s tough for me to get to the store before it closes. Today (7/12/2023), I got to the store three minutes before it was set to close. Instead of turning me away (understandably) like a competitor store had on the previous night, the gentleman working the counter let me know that they were about to close and that he could help me out if I knew what I was looking for.He pointed me right direction and I was in and out before closing. This type of customer service is infrequent these days and I definitely appreciate it”

“Called up for a 4wheel alignment and to mount and balance two tires, they said come on in and we will get it handled for you. Dropped it off just before they closed and by the next morning my car was done and steering wheel was straight and my car didn’t wander all over the road anymore. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.”

“5 Stars All Day Long.Insurance work/processThere are "Car Guys" then there is Jeff. Not only is Jeff a true car guy; he enjoys being in the business. It's not often you meet someone with expertise that just tells it like it is and it is like he tells it.Jeff has done cars for a long time and knows the process. My experience was an insurance claim. Thank the "Big Guy" I called Jeff. Jeff fully explained my rights and what will happen next. Listen to him instead of you insurance company.My car was totaled by the insurance company. Can not say enough about Jeff with assisting me though the process, he took the time to educate me on the process and it was correct.. Something the insurance company does not do.When your car is in a crash, after you call the police and your insurance company THEN CALL JEFF. Period! You will be so happy you did.
