Mike Liberti took care of me today. It was a wonderful experience. He helped me activate the new phone and get all my information over. It was a lot quicker then I expected. Thank you for the wonderful experience

I was having issues with my phone. Mike Liberti was able to assist me. He helped me pay my bill and get my phone back to english because it was in French. He even showed me how to take care of it myself if it happened again. That was great customer sevice. Thank you

Mike Liberti was an excellent help in getting us organized with new iPhones. He was patient with us and helped find us the best plan to suit our daily lives.
