“Would of been 5 star but the cashier just sat there collecting tags for 15 mins while the other was talking to a customer about random outside nothing to do with anything in the store stuff.”
“This store was a pleasant surprise. Not knowing what to expect, it was pretty much what I had in mind, but better. The $5.55 T-shirts are pretty great, and I really like the beauty section a lot. It's well maintained, and all of the staff I interacted with were very professional and kind. I did accidentally purchase a kid's T-shirt thinking it was an adult shirt, (not wanting to mess up the pile,) but the return process was no hassle with the receipt.”
“This location is always packed. Yet, the staff are always very cheerful and helpful in locating items. This store is usually pretty stocked as well, which is great when I came in a few days ago looking for a few items I could not find at other locations. It is usually pretty clean as well. Overall, a great Five Below!”

“I always have said that I do not like this five below because the cashiers have to pass the goods for you and this is where they hacked my bank card and tried to make a purchase of 5,000, so I do not trust that they will be the ones to scan my items and be in the box while I pay by card because here I pass all that and I no longer trust. From that moment on, I am not going here, I am going to another better one.”
