Puff Palace is a welcoming and friendly smoke shop with incredible, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Employees are eager to help, go above and beyond for customers, and provide amazing service. The business has an extensive selection, a ton of stock, lots to choose from, and good prices, including pretty rocks, glass, vapes, coils, and eliquid. Many loyal customers drive from far away because the service does not compare to other shops. The atmosphere is very welcoming, even to pets. Overall, it is a great place to shop and is highly recommended.
Everyone that works here is beyond incredible! Always so welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond with their customers. This is the only place we will go to and will continue to be loyal customers!

I've been coming here for years! Amazing customer service especially from Ryan and Jess (I'm 75% sure that's her name...I am forgetful) I get all my pretty rocks, glass and vapes from here! Very welcoming and helpful staff, love this place...or palace?
