I needed a fishing pole and reel. Never got a fish the 2 times I used it. Changing the leader, the tip and top line loup snapped off. 80$ wasted.

The customer service is on point at this location. I walked through just to get to another store and every employee was asking me if I need any help and greeted me with a friendly smile. I have purchased things in the past from this location and I've never had an issue with their service.
