I brought in my childhood bowling ball as I knew the staff would know if it still suited me.I ended up picking out a new ball. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the crew. I also felt they were patient with me and answered all my questions thoughtfully.The new ball was drilled to fit my hand PERFECTLY! Night and day change compared with my old ball. “Had a very last minute need for a faceoff head that was already strung and ready to go. Looked online to see if the specific String King head was in fact in stock. We called and left a VM and received a call back a short while later. It was in stock and we headed to the store. My son and I were in and out of the store in short time with exactly what my son was seeking. Added bonus is the sweet dog that was literally just hanging out with the store employee/owner. Sweet dog that came to say hello and went back to the spot he was relaxing in when we came in. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend shopping for all lax needs at Lacrosse Unlimited of Rochester!”

Nonetheless, the best equipment and clothing store of its in the area. To get significantly better, you'd need to visit something like Campmor down in New Jersey. Recommended.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with such a nice store and nice selection of things. Came looking for women shoes and apparels, especially tennis shoes. Only 2 real offerings for true tennis shoes, and I’m not sure the Nikes really count, but there aren’t that many in the market in general and I’m happy enough with the Prince tennis shoes they had even if a little expensive at $99. Ended up also finding some super cool slip ons and will definitely be back when I need some new running gear and maybe even tennis gear. Also didn’t have a chance to see the whole store (it’s very big and I had other stores to see) so next time will check to see what their lap swimming swimsuit options are.”
“I have been there many times even with DSW just besides it. The reason is that they tend to carry the pair of shoes that are reasonably priced. DSW mostly carries the high end verion of the shoes from a particular brand so you might get a good deal if you visit here too. Plus if you find a coupon online you can redeem that in shop.Staff are mostly helpful but they don't have much variety.”
