  Friendly people, expected services. Nothing fancy but reliable. Hours could be expanded but it is often empty when I go in so I am not surprised.

  This branch is OK to deal with in person, but the Citizens website is frequently down and I can't log in to look at my account. At least once a week this happens. It's very disappointing.

  Very nice bank here. The customer service is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy stopping into this branch,would highly recommend!!
