Haley Gaffney Officer Relationsip Banker went above & beyond for my Wounded Veteran Brother. They have a full banking accounts for our Veterans.I am so glad he switched banks because we are newly relocated from NYC. All the staff is extremely nice. The VP, tellers & even the security.

What bank branch doesn't have open atms on the weekend? This branch is literally the worst in roc, awful policies, atms are usually broken, the door won't let you into the ATM room and security for the tower are very judgemental... take the few mins to go to another one and save yourself the headache. Only gave two stars
