What bank branch doesn't have open atms on the weekend? This branch is literally the worst in roc, awful policies, atms are usually broken, the door won't let you into the ATM room and security for the tower are very judgemental... take the few mins to go to another one and save yourself the headache. Only gave two stars

I will start off on a positive note- Pat (Patricia) was very helpful when I went to her with an issue. She told me what she could and couldn't do after two checks were deposited at an ATM and not posted to my account.
