I ordered one of the Maven Alpha torch lighters online. I spent $14.24 and received a torch that did not work. Ive filled it, I've bled it, Ive adjusted the flame, ect. and it still won't light. I have emailed customer support twice over a week ago and still haven't heard back from them.

I wish I could be reviewing what I bought from y’all but you ship through ups and it’s been days for me just waiting for the delivery being told it’ll hopefully sometime be next week I just beg next time I purchase it doesn’t take almost a month to get here
