Had new car for 2 months, already a tail light out. They have me bring car in to wait an hour just to tell me they have no bulbs in stock and that I have to come back tomorrow.. what dealership doesn’t have a staple car item in stock or at least check before wasting a customers time. Left 2 messages for the service department request a quote in the past 2 weeks. Have not been contacted back. From reading the other reviews this seems to be relatively normal. Not sure how the owner allows this to continue. Sad commentary.
