“Really not a bad outlet; hit or miss like most. Baffled by the harsh negative review, it's really not that terrible... save for maybe around the holidays or weekends. But all of them are at that time and blame that on the savage shoppers who come out here looking for a bargain and tear the stores apart. It really is disgraceful and I've seen it since Tanger I was newly built and my family had a summer beach cottage in the area”

“I had a great salesperson working with me. It was the end of Black Friday weekend on Sunday, and I arrived at the GAP factory outlet in Riverhead NY late. A nice woman on the register took time to answer my questions and wait until I finished in the fitting room. It was well past closing time when I was ready to complete my purchase. Many items were gone, but I ended up with clothing that satisfied me. Thanks to that female salesperson.”

“Went here to pick up a couple pairs of jeans and one pair I wanted they didn't have in the store, so the store clerk told me that she could order them and have it shipped directly to my house which was very convenient. It arrived in a few days. Thank you for that tip, it made life a little easier that I was able to have them shipped to me,. If not I would have had to wait and may not have made the purchase. “Took a trip out to this outlet store because I scored a coupon for $30 off $75 purchase, was worth the trip! Found bodysuits, colorful sweatshirts, t shirts all reasonably priced, brightly colored for the summer season! After I finished shopping scored another coupon to use in July so I'll be back to shop again! The staff is friendly, the store is well organized and there are many sizes available, makes for easy selection! Would recommend Old Navy to anyone, get out there to the outlet and get the best bang for your buck!”

The associate who greeted us, started a dressing room for my daughter and was very helpful and friendly. We ended up back at the store after we had little success in other stores. “I really like the Vineyard Vines Outlet. It's different than most of the other clothing outlets in that the clothes they stock are the exact same items you would purchase in their full price retail stores. Vineyard Vines outlet merchandise is overstock, not Factory Brand like other stores, so you know you are getting first quality. I usually purchase Vineyard Vines through Bloomingdales, which rarely puts the brand on sale. The outlet store offers outlet prices (roughly 30% less than regular retail) and then they still offer additional discounts. Today everything was 25% off for a total savings of about 50% off over their full price retail store. Being that the merchandise is EXACTLY THE SAME, I'll certainly hit up this store first when we need new clothes. The sales staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a pair of pants we were interested in but we couldn't find the size we needed. They located it in the back, with a smile:) I was also looking for a certain hat that was discontinued. They didn't have it but they put my name on a list incase it turns up and they told me I can call any time if I'm looking for something specific and they will let me know if they have it so I don't need to make unnecessary trips. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Honestly, the prices are great but the fantastic employees are the reason I'll return, soon! I've been to this store on several occasions and the customer service has been equally impressive. This store is a hidden gem, easily overlooked, right next to Restoration Hardware. Check it out!”

“Now this review has nothing to do with the staff here or the location in general. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. However, I can never find my size in any of their stores. I walked in so excited because they had these really cute cropped sweaters in the window, but I couldn't find my size at all. I did buy some jewelry though, a four pack of rings that were like $3. I can never find my size, but again, I do not blame this location. Like I stated, the staff is friendly and is ready to help anyone who walks through the doors.”

“I have been shopping at this Hugo Boss store for several years. I have dealt with everyone there and found them to be very pleasant to deal with. Last two times I was helped by a British gentleman, whose name I cannot recall. He was very professional and helped me pick out 2 suits, shirts and ties. He had a good eye of what would look good on me. I needed just to get the pants hemmed. I was very happy with the service I received from him despite the store being busy. One disadvantage of shopping at the outlets is you do not get what you want, but the bargain is worth it. In my case, the suit I was interested in was not available in my size. But spending less than $300 for a Hugo Boss suit is a steal.”
