“Took a trip out to this outlet store because I scored a coupon for $30 off $75 purchase, was worth the trip! Found bodysuits, colorful sweatshirts, t shirts all reasonably priced, brightly colored for the summer season! After I finished shopping scored another coupon to use in July so I'll be back to shop again! The staff is friendly, the store is well organized and there are many sizes available, makes for easy selection! Would recommend Old Navy to anyone, get out there to the outlet and get the best bang for your buck!”

“I had a great salesperson working with me. It was the end of Black Friday weekend on Sunday, and I arrived at the GAP factory outlet in Riverhead NY late. A nice woman on the register took time to answer my questions and wait until I finished in the fitting room. It was well past closing time when I was ready to complete my purchase. Many items were gone, but I ended up with clothing that satisfied me. Thanks to that female salesperson.”

“I really like the Vineyard Vines Outlet. It's different than most of the other clothing outlets in that the clothes they stock are the exact same items you would purchase in their full price retail stores. Vineyard Vines outlet merchandise is overstock, not Factory Brand like other stores, so you know you are getting first quality. I usually purchase Vineyard Vines through Bloomingdales, which rarely puts the brand on sale. The outlet store offers outlet prices (roughly 30% less than regular retail) and then they still offer additional discounts. Today everything was 25% off for a total savings of about 50% off over their full price retail store. Being that the merchandise is EXACTLY THE SAME, I'll certainly hit up this store first when we need new clothes. The sales staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a pair of pants we were interested in but we couldn't find the size we needed. They located it in the back, with a smile:) I was also looking for a certain hat that was discontinued. They didn't have it but they put my name on a list incase it turns up and they told me I can call any time if I'm looking for something specific and they will let me know if they have it so I don't need to make unnecessary trips. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Honestly, the prices are great but the fantastic employees are the reason I'll return, soon! I've been to this store on several occasions and the customer service has been equally impressive. This store is a hidden gem, easily overlooked, right next to Restoration Hardware. Check it out!”

“My wife and I went to the children's Ralph Lauren Outlet at Riverhead Tanger, and purchased outfits for our granddaughter. Before we could get down to Georgia, we received a text from our daughter, that our granddaughter had a growth spurt and was now a 3Toddler.We went to the store and we're pleased to meet a sales representative named Rose. She told us to relax and that she would take care of this. She replaced the items with the new size and substituted new items that were not in stock in the store. She even offered to order the items and have them shipped. Rose was pleasant and professional. Dealing with the public, I understand that this is expected behavior from a sales rep., but, I must say that Rose was so pleasant and genuine that it was contagious. I do not write reviews frequently, however, however, when someone helps me with skill and kindness, it must be acknowledged. I will gladly shop at Ralph Lauren again with Rose as my helper.Jeff Bender”
