We arrived at 6pm when the store closes at 7pm. Upon entering the woman working said the fitting rooms were closed as she didn’t want to be inconvenienced to open them. She said we could purchase, try on at home, and return. She was unapologetic, not open and was not open to finding a solution. What a waste of a trip.

Tried to exchange shorts for a smaller size and the cashier was no help. I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything, just an even exchange for the same item. She just kept saying that they couldn’t find the item when searching my email and offered no remedy! I shop here often and this has never happened.Very disappointed.
