“Obviously everyone's experience is different but I'm not really understanding the negative reviews! My experience today was super easy. No appointment, walked in, took about 20 mins in total. Sure, the receptionist wasn't jumping for joy and the bathroom needs a remodel but the man who did my bloodwork was nice and efficient. Would recommend if you aren't super picky!”

“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”

“Best urgent care experience I’ve had. The staff was all warm, patient, and carefully explained everything, even if my question was a little basic. There were also kids on the waiting room waiting for their mom in the back and the front desk staff turned on a Netflix movie for them. I got the sense that these people don’t hate their jobs which means they actually have capacity to care for the strangers that walk in the door. Would definitely recommend this location.”
“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“My 1st time at Empire city labs in 49th st. Sunset Park location was a little Undesirable with a lot of people hanging out and making my Brother & I uncomfortable. But as soon as we walk in we were greeted by your staff the Phlebotomis a Wonderful, Respectful , Young Man by the name of James Jean- Baptiste. Who treated us with Respect and Comfort. Took all our information and care about every need of our Questions. He tended to all of my senior citizen brother to make him comfortable. Making sure the arm band wasn't Too tight. And made sure the bandages were place right and clean of any Blood. Mr. James Jean-Baptiste should be Recommended for his outstanding Patient Relations Skills. And making us feel a lot comfortable. “I brought in my 8 and 5 year old for blood work this morning. Everything was efficient and the wait time was short. Front desk was helpful in obtaining scripts and the phlebotomist was amazing! My older daughter had had trouble in the past with bloodwork because sometimes it’s hard for them to find the vein. However, she did a fantastic job in finding it and quickly did both procedures with no pain and luckily no tears! Thank you so much ! I’d recommend to anyone for a quick, pain free process.”

“Jada was extremely considerate of my stressful situation of me needing/ seeking to get one additional test that my doctor did not include in the order. She genuinely cared and was extremely helpful and patient with me. She suggested what I do to effectively get the prescription asap from my doctor. She understood I was concerned and uneasy. Although it took quite some time (2 hours) to hear back from my doctor and finally get the fax, Jada kindly continued to check in with me to make sure everything was okay. I finally got it faxed over and Jada was able to get it all locked in. This is not a common occurrence and it truly stood out to me and made my day. She is caring and mindful of her patients and their situation, which I think is crucial and also unfortunately isn't the norm . Thank you again Jada you made my day! I will definitely be returning to this location.”
“Lenco Diagnostic is an amazing lab! They are excellent with the result turnaround time. They are thorough with the critical lab calls and results. Their communication with our office is second to none. We have a few labs in our office and Lenco is by far the best communicatior. This is a testament to the company, but its also because, they have the best Lab representative that I have ever encountered over many many years. Joy is number 1 in my book. Her service to us is exemplary. She is always available, helpful, involved, caring, always willing to fix every single problem that arises (and quickly), always there for last minute lab issues or requests. Lenco (and Joy) are Top Tier. I recommend them to any office or hospital around.”
“Getting blood drawn is never a fun experience but the team at Northwell makes it as pleasant as possible. I have been to other labs where the technicians are not skilled and end up hurting you badly. At Northwell the experience is much better. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and the draws are always quick. Today I had a large fasting blood draw of about 15 vials and they were so nice. They let me lie down, talked to me to distract me, let me stay in the chair as long as I needed after and the draw itself was a light pinch. I would highly recommend northwell over any other labs for any bloodwork.”
