“I was seen by a doctor named Noel. He had very good bedside manner. He knew what he was doing and had seen me two weeks in a row. He knew what medicine was good for me and I am not so easy to give medicine to because I am allergic to most antibiotics. He is a great doctor and the rest of the staff was terrific as well. I would continue to go back to this urgent care and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs the care. Thank you again to Noel and his Staff.”

“I had my blood drawn this morning by Hannah from Empire City Lab. She did an excellent job, was on time to the minute and was very skilled. I really appreciated her professional approach. She was friendly and warm, but not overly so. Not a great thing to have to do on a Saturday morning, but she made it quick and easy. Thank you!!!”

“I rarely leave reviews, but not this time, the review concerns health, so I’m sharing. I highly highly recommend!!!!I needed an urgent consultation with a doctor and diagnostics. I flew to New York specifically to find a radiologist. Doctor DR.Olga Tsireshkin, MD was recommended to me, for which I say “thank you” to my friend. My first visit was short, I wanted to make an appointment for a consultation and understand what is required. The manager at the reception, Albina, was very helpful; she was able to find a free window to do an ultrasound and told me in detail and gave contacts of the places where I then had blood tests done, paying very modest money. I believe that I managed to get an appointment not only with an excellent doctor, but also with an amazing ultrasound specialist, Mayya, I recommend it to everyone.This is the first examination in my life when a specialist was so attentive and, in my opinion, very professional in identifying all the problematic issues. I decided not to miss the chance and made a separate appointment for an ultrasound of other organs that I had not planned to see. And for good reason!!! The ultrasound specialist discovered something that no doctor or other ultrasound had ever detected, but that, judging by my history, had been the cause of my ailments for many, many years.I met a tight deadline, made a diagnosis, and received reports and recommendations from the doctor very quickly. “The women here are super hard workers and are doing everything they can to see everyone in a timely fashion. I always have to lay down for bloodwork otherwise I might faint, so I always end up seeing Joanna. She’s one of the rare people who can draw my blood seamlessly without poking and prodding! If you make an appointment, just try not to have plans after and bring a book or something- don’t freak out on the staff because the company schedules them a million appointments a day! Once you’re in, it’s quick and they’re very nice. (:”

While I was there, I witnessed a remarkable worker (Lab Technician Male)who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer. “Super pleased to have a Quest in my neighborhood! It’s so convenient! The place is clean, most importantly. Ample seats in the waiting room. It was easy to be seen, even without an appointment. I checked in “on standby” and was seen in a matter of minutes. Marcia, my phlebotomist, was very professional and friendly. She had no problem finding my vein and was really gentle. If you do end up having to wait for an appt there’s a Dunkin Donuts with seating right next door so you can just chill while you wait.”

“I chose this location as it was better rated than the kings highway and also someone mentioned it had a parking lot... parking is a huge plus and the kings highway area is notorious so that was a definite plus. I made an appointment online which was very simple. When I got there it was quick and just a few minutes wait time. The phlebotomist was incredibly kind and skilled. She was helpful and patient and was exactly how I wanted to be treated while getting 20 tubes of blood drawn. all in all a positive experience. Hope the results come in on time and get done properly, if not will try to update this review.”

“Helen and Alexandra are top tier customer service, compassion and efficiency personified! I had made a visit to this lab a while ago and Alexandra serviced me. She was wonderful, sweet and funny. I was in and out. This experience was no different ! I had arrived at the lab a bit before closing hours and she was able to take my complete lab panel. She was not mean, nasty of nasty like most staff would be for a customer coming in a half hour to close. I am afraid of needles and and she did not laugh and out me at ease. Helen was also patient .. I know I’m a big baby when it comes to needles. It is what it is. Either way. I hope that someone from upper leadership sees this review and recognized these two ladies accordingly. Thank you Helen and Alexandra! ☺️”

“Very helpful person at front desk. When I called no one answered. No problem because I booked online. When there I didn't hear the phone ring, which was nice since I have sensory issues. Made for a peaceful environment. But I booked online and checking in was easy. The reception area was clean and tidy. There was an issue with my insurance so I didn't get to go back for the blood draw. But it was still a nice experience. The filtered water tasted really good.”
