“The day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) my 20 yr old refrigerator just died. I called P.C. Richard in Patchogue and salesman/manager Steve Narjanian was so efficient and helpful. He looked up to see if my current appliances were purchased there (which they were by previous owners) and immediately pulled up measurements etc., helped me obtain financing and arranged for early morning delivery on Black Friday. I got confirmation calls, texts and the drivers called 20 mins before. Bright and early Friday morning they pulled up and kindly and efficient installed my new refrigerator and removed the old one. 2 hours later the surface of my new fridge was extremely hot to the touch! I called the store on busy Black Friday and spoke to salesman/manager David Harrison. Dave was on it immediately, listening, researching and deciding the best course of action (service call? Exchange?). There was so much going on on both our ends, so we did a few "I'll call you right back's" and before I knew it, a secretary answering my call advised me that Dave had arranged for a return and delivery of a new refrigerator. Shortly thereafter when speaking directly to Dave, I asked when it would be delivered and he said the next day. I explained that I could not miss another day of work over this refrigerator and needed it to be delivered today (this was at 1 in the afternoon). By 4pm I got a phone call from the drivers that they were pulling up and they quickly and efficiently removed the first refrigerator and replaced it with the second one, which works perfectly. I was REALLY impressed and appreciative that Dave was able to get that problem fixed for me and a replacement delivery done in a matter of hours! Thank you so much to Dave, Steve, and the P.C. delivery guys for taking good care of me!”
“My 5 year old cracked his iPad pretty bad to where it was glitching. I came here (for my first time). They educated me on what screen protector to get and case and case size! When we picked it up, we unfortunately saw that the home button was not working and screen was still glitching, but even after a WEEK, of me being too scared to call, I received a check up email and decided to tell them what was wrong. They told me to bring it in as soon as I can. They repaired it PERFECTLY without charging me again. Mistakes happen and we were not upset, I was super grateful of them for taking the iPad back into their hands and fixing the problem again! High recommend! And soooooo very affordable!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. My contractor dropped my fan (24 feet) when installing it and Glenn, Rob and the rest of the staff went out of their way to get new parts for me. They were pleasant, caring and so helpful to me and my contractor. My fan is up, it looks beautiful and works perfectly. What a pleasure to do business there. Not to mention the amazing lighting fixtures and ceiling fans they have. I absolutely recommend shopping there.”

“For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!”

“This Metro PC's solved my locked phone problem with great effort, including a phone call to a colleague.The price for my new, unlocked Moto E5 was excellent.The customer service I got from Charles was very good. During subsequent visits to this store, I was met with professional, courteous, knowledgeable service by employee Elvia. 11/25/20 all employees wearing a mask. Store counters, display counters, floors and doors gleaming clean.When I left the store, I felt like a valued customer. Highly recommended.”
“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

“This is the only 7-Eleven I know that keeps 5-gallon Poland Spring bottles INSIDE the store and that's the safe way to get your bottled water. I cancelled Water Delivery service and I'm saving at least $20 a month now. Way to go 7-Eleven (near the mount sinai diner)!Update: The day after I posted this great review, this store moved the 5-gallon bottles out into the sun outside the store. Unfortunately, IMO they have blown up a good thing. Back to Stop-n-Shop for now,,,”
