“Whoever the hell the girl that rang me up today 7/1 @6:15pm… and didn’t know how to ring up the FREE slurped, she just expected me to pay for it, cause she didn’t know how to ring it up, and then literally walked away and left me standing at the counter as she went off and started putting stuff out on the shelves!! You should be fired!!!!!! The other girl helped, and it seemed to be very simple, so thank you! To the girl that rang me and walked off, you really should be reprimanded for that, I hope you were!!! Completely ridic! Held up an entire line!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. My contractor dropped my fan (24 feet) when installing it and Glenn, Rob and the rest of the staff went out of their way to get new parts for me. They were pleasant, caring and so helpful to me and my contractor. My fan is up, it looks beautiful and works perfectly. What a pleasure to do business there. Not to mention the amazing lighting fixtures and ceiling fans they have. I absolutely recommend shopping there.”
“For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

“Jcads was an awesome company to work with for mounting my tv!! I had the pleasure of working with Daniel. He got back to me right away on Yelp, answered all my questions, and even gave me advice about the type of mount to use given a picture of the room! When he came to install, he was very professional and went above and beyond to do his best work. He even asked if anyone was home sleeping before drilling and doing his loud work, very thoughtful! I am so glad I chose this company to work with! I highly recommend their tv mounting service!”
“When I was a child, I loved Nintendo! I would play Mario, Contra, and the vast library of games it had to offer. But, now, that's a distant memory, or so I thought; "BattleGrounds" proved otherwise. First off, let me start by say, it was my brother who wanted to come here. Normally, your phone needed a new battery, you scheduled an appointment with Apple and you go.Not anymore, and not for Apples ridiculous prices! Now you can goto Battlegrounds! I knew of this place and been inside once, before the improvements. From the outside, the building looks impressive, with its large banner centered with authority. Inside is equally as impressive. The inside is a throwback to my childhood! Duck hunt guns, Nintendo games and even play station 3's are everywhere. I was also impressed with the tournament arena they had in the back. But after a swooned for a bit, my brother went to the counter for help. The specialist took us right away. He explained that you put down money for the battery and when it gets delivered, you pay them to install it. The process takes about an hour. That's pretty cool and they do it cheaper than Apple. I asked if they door all, game systems, computers and laptops. You name it, they do it, he said. I thought, that's pretty cool. I also asked about the gaming tournaments and he said they don't do them anymore because of COVID. It completely killed the following. That was really sad to hear. So after everything was done my brother and I thanked him and thanked tried to thank his partner. His partner, just looked up, grunted, and went on with his business completely ignoring us. I felt that was rude, but I wasn't going to do anything about it. I mean, I hope he doesn't treat all his customers like that. I definitely like the place, now I know where to go if I want to feel like a child and enjoy myself around all school games.”

A few times we had to return to the store and the associate Myke was there to help us. He was patient with us and helped us every time with a smile. Now any time we have a question we will go back to him. Great store and associate to do business with.”

“I can't seem to find the "up&up" (target) brand kitty litter any longer... I hope thay bring it back soon. Update: now they are almost done re-arranging the store... more to come. UPDATE: It is still difficult to find certain items that they USED to carry... especially some of the store brand staples that I relied on. I would Still rather shop here though.”
