“My car was recently totaled, and received great service with my rental. I was given a nice blue mustang gt, bought a new vehicle went to go drop the vehicle off. Jared rash went over the entire bill and how much my insurance company was covering and drove me back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. No complaints at all, keep up the good work!”
“My husband rented a car to take me on a surprise trip for my birthday and he worked with Salvatore at National Car. Salvatore provided exceptional customer service. The vehicle that he was going to rent my husband had snow all over and they couldn't find a brush. So Salvatore decided to use his arms to clean off the car. The Salvatore noticed the trunk was not closing properly and advised he didn't want our luggage to be damaged by any leakage and he put us in a different rental. Salvatore was so professional and courteous and even wished me a Happy Birthday! That's what customer service is all about! “i recently rented a Jeep SUV at Albany, NY Airport. The staff there were friendly and helpful The car worked well. The Sirius Radio Service I requested was not functioning for most of the three days, but that seems to be a problem between Enterprise and Sirius. They use a very strong cleaning product in the car, if you have allergies or problems, ask them to air the car out before you take it.”
“I used Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 900 Central Ave. Albany, NY for a driving trip from NY to FLA. The staff was very kind and accommodating, as well as the price being pretty good for a 2019 Buick Envision; I was bumped up a grade of car choice for free (nice car). I would, and will be using Enterprise again in the near future. I highly recommend them.”

“The service advisor, Sarah Richards, was excellent. When she informed me of the cost of replacing a tire and a rim ($900) via the dealer, I was astounded, incredulous and offended. She worked with me to bypass the Toyota dealer for the purchase of the tire and rim (saving me about $650) and bringing it to the dealer for subsequent mounting and alignment.”

“Not sure why this location has so many negative reviews besides, people are stressed when they travel, and angry customers are more motivated to write a review than happy ones. Well as for me, this was the best experience I've EVER had renting a car. I showed up and was immediately assisted and out the door with a car in less than 5 minutes (new record!). Initially I had reserved a Tesla, and with a thousand things on my mind at the time (emergency visit), wasn't even thinking "hmm maybe NOW isn't the time to figure out the whole EV thing". The associate was friendly and since there were other available cars, had no issue making a switch to a comparable (in size & price) gas-operated car instead. I kept the car several days longer than I reserved it for and dropped it off, which took two seconds to hand over the keys to the associate who appeared to be outside on break but promptly assisted me. I was billed appropriately for time and it was the most pain-free rental experience of my life. Thank you!!!”

Deff knows how to go above and beyond to help a single mom with a million things on her plate .”
“Great rental. Only issue was we were charged an additional $80 for returning the car 2 days early but we have a call in to corporate to work it out.Shout out to MIKE in the return area. I forgot my reading glasses in rhe car and noticed before going through security. I went back and he took the time to find the car and retrieve them. THANK YOU! These were prescription so saved me a few hundred dollars having to get new ones. All the staff we encountered from main desk to in the garage were great. Out with our car and back in quick with no issues.”

“We have had very few problems with Enterprise. My single complaint was they refused to bring us a car at our hotel on Revere MA, even though the hotel was near their Logan Airport location. Otherwise the transaction went smoothly, as usual and the car was fine. I've had many dealings with Enterprise in which their staff went out of their way to help. I'm still in favor of that brand.”
