Cannot fill scripts in a timely manner. Script was written for pain after wisdom teeth removal over an hour before arriving to the pharmacy. They did not have it ready and said it would be another 30 minutes. And when I complained about the pain they said “there’s nothing I can do” meanwhile there were 4 people back... read full comment

Impossible to speak with a pharmacist on the phone. Unecessarily lengthy information when you call. Senior citizens deserve service from medical professionals.

Although CVS in Ravena is under construction, it was still easy to find the items I needed. At the register the helper over the counter was very very pleasant and helpful and willing to help me even though I was going to use the self check out.
